Grant of License

By purchasing any of our sound packs, IMESLI grants you (the Licensee) a non-exclusive, worldwide, and royalty-free license to utilize all sounds and samples outlined in this agreement.

Rights Granted

As a Licensee, you are granted the following rights:
- Use of the licensed sounds on an unlimited number of projects for your lifetime.
- Utilization of the sounds for personal and commercial projects without attribution to IMESLI.
- Synchronization of the sounds in various audio and visual projects, including films, television, radio, commercials, video games, podcasts, applications, blogs, websites, concerts, theater, and more.
- Royalty-free use of the sounds and samples for any musical compositions.
- Modification and creation of derivative works from our sounds , allowing you to sell them without attribution or royalties to IMESLI, provided the original sounds are significantly transformed.

Restrictions

However, certain restrictions apply :
- You may not sell any of the licensed sound effects in their original form for commercial gain or claim ownership.
- Uploading the licensed sounds in their original form and/or as standalone products to any media platform for commercial gain or ownership is prohibited.
- For AI companies, professional sound library organizations, or app developers intending to use our original sound effects for commercial gain or AI development, non-exclusive licensing options are available. Please reach out to us for further discussion.

Liability

IMESLI makes every effort to ensure the accuracy and quality of our sound packs. However, we cannot guarantee that they will suit every. specific need. We accept no liability for damages resulting from incorrect usage.

Change of License Agreement

Please be aware that our license agreement may be updated to improve clarity and address potential issues. Any changes will be communicated to users.
